Why this wine is an excellent choice:The Bleu de Chavin is an easy drinking wine and can be enjoyed at any time of day and during any occasion. It is a uniquely bright blue in colour, making it an immediate conversation starter at any event, especially weddings.
Harvest is made over night to take advantage of the lowest temperatures (between 2 to 6 am). Slow and gentle press followed by a cold temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank (between 15 to 18°). Second fermentation with ageing on fine less during 2 months.
I placed an order at the last minute for a birthday party! I have to say Azanti went above and beyond. The drink Perle De Chavin Blue was sweet tasting and was a great success at the party, also one of the first drinks to finish! I would recommend trying it out.
