Red deep colour with blackberry shiny hints. On the nose, generous notes of ripped fruits. On the palate, bodied and structured, with red fruits, spices and vanilla aromas. Nice complexity and subtle elegance.

Traditional vilification with one part of the wine aged in oak barrels. Alcohol extraction and flavour and aromas preservation. Pierre Zero sweet prestige is considered as a Sauternes without alcohol, as a prestigious late harvest. It is seen as such for its golden colour, freshness and sweetness.

Harvest is made overnight to take advantage of the lowest temperatures (between 2 to 6 am). Slow and gentle press followed by a cold temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank (between 15 to 18°). Second fermentation with ageing on fine less during 2 months.
