Promos & Discounts 

Azanti regularly offers promotions and discounts for our customers to enjoy. These may not be used in conjunction with one another, and only one promotion or discount can be used for any one order.

Placing an order

On receiving your order, we’ll send a message to the email address provided confirming your order has been placed. 

You will then receive an “Order Confirmation” email to confirm that your order has been accepted, and your products have been dispatched. 

Items out of stock

To avoid disappointment, we try to ensure our stocks stay high. But from time to time, we may find we are unable to deliver your order in full. 

If this happens, we will try to find a similar, substitute product of at least equal value. You have the right to refuse these substitutes, but will need to pay for their return to us. 

Where no appropriate substitute is available, will reduce the price payable accordingly, and refund the difference to you within 7 days. 

All products for sale on our website are subject to availability. 

Rejected orders

We reserve the right to reject your order, for any reason and at any time up until you have received your goods. If we find reason to cancel your order after your Order Confirmation has been sent, we will refund your payment in full.

When you place an order with us, you agree that you are 18 years or older

Due to fluctuating currency exchange rates, please be aware that the prices of our products and delivery changes are subject to change. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted. 

Payment methods

We accept payment by any of Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro & Amex. We do not accept payment by any Diners Club, JCB, Electron or Solo cards.

We will debit all amounts in UK pound sterling.

If we’re unable to process your payment because your card is declined, or we need further information, we will reach out to you at your email address. If we do not hear from you within 7 days of attempting to contact you, we will cancel your order.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after the items are delivered to you. During this time, you may return your items to us for a full refund.

Provided the goods are in the same conditions as they were delivered to you and that the request to cancel is received in writing, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt by us.

To claim a refund, please send a cancellation notice, stating your Order Invoice Number, to us by email at
