Pierre Zero Chardonnay
Non alcoholic white wine : Golden yellow in color, brilliant with just a hint of sparkle. Fruit forward palette balanced with a delicate freshness.
Bright gold yellow colour. On the nose, peach and white flowers aromas. On the palate, apricot, vanilla, honey notes, with richness balance and nice sweetness.
Traditional vinification with one part of the wine aged in oak barrels. Alcohol extraction and flavour and aromas preservation. Pierre Zero sweet Grande Reserve is considered as a Sauternes without alcohol, as a prestigious late harvest. It is seen as such for its golden colour, freshness and sweetness.

Harvest is made overnight to take advantage of the lowest temperatures (between 2 to 6 am). Slow and gentle press followed by a cold temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank (between 15 to 18°). Second fermentation with ageing on fine less during 2 months.
